Avocado and strawberry salad for a snack: real summer on a plate
The strawberry season is in full swing. That's why housewives try to cook as many dishes with this berry as possible. And it doesn't have to be a dessert.
For example, a food blogger with the nickname kathycoooks on Instagram suggested making a strawberry salad. It includes seemingly incompatible ingredients, but the result is an unusually delicious dish.

Ingredients for the salad
- Strawberries
- Brie or Camembert cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Nuts
- Avocado
Ingredients for the sauce
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Honey – 2 tsp
The way of preparation
1. Cut the avocado into thin slices.

2. Cut the strawberries in half. If large – into 4 parts.
3. Put lettuce, avocado, and strawberries on a plate.
Put the salad on the plate.

4. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a separate container and pour it over the salad.
Add the dressing.

5. Add nuts and serve.
