Asparagus beans in batter are a delicious and flavorful hot appetizer that tastes good when served cold. The batter for the dish is the simplest, namely egg one. But to make the beans crispy, experienced housewives advise adding a little beer.

Food blogger Anna (grennysmith) shared a recipe for asparagus beans in batter on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • asparagus beans
  • egg yolk - 1 pc
  • ice mineral water - 1 glass
  • flour - 1 glass
  • cornstarch - 2 tbsp
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. To prepare the batter, beat the egg yolk well.

2. Then add water and dry ingredients. Stir the mixture. There may be lumps, this is normal. The batter should look like sour cream.

3. Wash the beans and cut off the tails.

4. Dip the beans in the batter and fry on both sides in a pan.
