Asparagus and feta pies: a quick appetizer made from ready-made dough
Stop making ordinary pies! It's time to move on and turn a boring dish into a real culinary masterpiece.
That's probably what a food blogger named vika marchenko thought. On Instagram, she offered a recipe for asparagus and feta pies using phyllo dough. Honey adds a special flavor to this dish, which, by the way, can be used as an appetizer.
Ingredients:
- Philo dough
- Asparagus
- Feta
- Oil for frying
- Sesame seeds
- Egg yolk for greasing
- Honey
The way of preparation:
1. Wash the asparagus, dry it with a paper towel, and break off the dry tips.
2. Grease a sheet of phyllo dough with oil, put asparagus and feta on the edge, and roll it up.
3. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
5. Drizzle with honey before serving.
