Asian-style cucumbers without spices that always turn out crispy: a recipe for a savory appetizer
If you want to make a delicious winter appetizer out of cucumbers in a new way, culinary experts advise adding spices, garlic, mustard, chili peppers, wintergreen, and cardamom to brighten the flavor. In addition, a delicious marinade can completely replace all seasonings and sauces, such as soy sauce.
Cook Yevheniia Karpiuk shared a recipe for delicious Asian-style cucumbers on Instagram, which are moderately spicy and salty.
Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 1 kg
- garlic - 2-4 cloves.
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- dill umbels
- horseradish, currant, and cherry leaves
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the cucumbers and cut off the edges, put them in a bag.
2. Add salt, chopped garlic and herbs. Shake well and let all the air out of the bag.
3. Transfer the bag to a bowl to collect the excess juice and refrigerate for several hours.
Cucumbers will turn out very crispy and delicious!
