You can make delicious apricot jam for the winter in just 15 minutes. All you need is an ordinary frying pan. The mass is quite thick, moderately sweet and with a slight sourness.

Ingredients:

  • apricots - 2 jars with a slide of 0.5 liters each
  • sugar - 0.5 liters with a top and half a jar
  • citric acid - 0.5 tsp. without a slide

Method of preparation:

Cut the apricots

1. Wash the apricots, pit them.

2. Cut into pieces.

3. Pour the apricots into a frying pan with a thick bottom (divide the amount of fruit into two portions so that everything is well cooked).

4. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

5. Then add sugar, cook for another 5 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
