- Apples -1 kg
- Lemon juice
- Milk - 150 ml
- Flour -150 g

Method of preparation:
- Peel and seed the apples, and cut them into slices.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and put into a baking dish.
- Dough: Mix room-temperature butter with sugar, add eggs, and beat with a mixer.
- Pour in milk, salt, baking powder, and flour.
- Beat everything until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the apples, mix thoroughly, and bake for 40-50 minutes.

Ingredients:
- Flour 3-3.5 cups
- Sugar - 6 tbsp
- Butter - 70 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Dry yeast - 3 tsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Salt -1 tsp.
- Apples - 3-4 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Dilute the yeast with warm milk, add 3 tbsp of sugar, and salt, and stir.
- Add 1 whisked egg and flour.
- Knead the dough, add the butter at the end, and mix everything.
- Cover with a towel and put in a warm place.
- After 1 hour, knead the dough and cover again with a towel. After another hour, repeat the procedure.
- Peel the apples, remove the seeds, and cut them into thin slices.
- When the dough is ready, leave a small portion for decoration, and roll out the rest into a circle, 1 cm thick.
- Put it in a greased mold and make sides.
- Sprinkle the dough with breadcrumbs, put apples, sprinkle 3 tbsp of sugar on top
- Cut the reserved dough into strips and decorate the pie. Brush the cake with beaten egg yolk. Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
