Apple pie on yogurt without baking: how to make a delicious dessert in 30 minutes
Apple pie is considered the most popular and favorite pastry. The dessert can be prepared with different dough and in different ways: in the oven, slow cooker, or in a frying pan. In any case, it always turns out to be very fragrant, tender, soft, and fluffy.
Food expert Svitlana Levytska (lanas_diet) told us how to quickly and deliciously cook an apple pie in a pan on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- kefir - 250 ml
- flour - 140-150 g
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
- vanilla, lemon, or orange zest can be added
- salt
The filling:
- apples - 5 pcs.
- butter - 30 g
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients for the dough and mix until smooth.
2. Peel and cut the apples into slices.
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add sugar and heat until it starts to turn brown.
4. Add apples and cinnamon. Stew until soft.
5. Pour the batter over the cooked apples. Cook under a lid over low heat for about 30 minutes.
