Apple pancakes without eggs: very fluffy and tender

Seasonal apples are a great base for making basic sweet pancakes. They can be called an independent dessert with confidence. According to traditional technology, eggs are added to the dough. But to make the texture soft and juicy, this product is not necessary.
The idea of making fluffy apple pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yana with the nickname pink__angel_.
Ingredients:
- apples - 4 pcs (medium)
- milk or kefir - 100 ml
- sugar - 4 tbsp (if apples are not sweet, add more)
- oil - 4 tbsp
- flour - 180 g
- baking powder - 5 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- cinnamon and nutmeg if desired - 1/2 tsp
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the apples with a blender or grate them on a fine grater.
2. Add milk/kefir, oil, sugar and mix.
3. Sift the flour together with the baking powder, add a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, and mix until smooth.
4. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan, a little less than medium heat. They should be small in diameter.
5. Drizzle with honey when serving.
