Ingredients
- medium apples - 3 pcs
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 pc
- flour - 2 tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla sugar - 3 g
Method of preparation
1. Peel and grate apples on a coarse grater.
2. Immediately add lemon juice and mix well.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix again.
4. Fry in a pan heated with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.

5. Can be served both hot and cold with honey, sour cream, or anything else you like. If the apples are sour, you can add sugar.
