Apple charlotte without milk, kefir and sour cream: recipe for the perfect batter
One of the simplest and most successful apple pies is charlotte. It can be prepared in different ways from different apple varieties, but it is very important to make good batter.
Cook Anastasia shared a recipe for a delicious, light charlotte pie that will turn out to be very fluffy on Instagram.
Tip: add the apples directly to the batter and mix well.
Ingredients:
- apples - 4-5 pcs.
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- sugar - 150 g
- flour - 200 g
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
- vanilla - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
2. Beat the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy, add flour and baking powder and mix well.
3. Add the apples to the batter and mix again.
4. Put the parchment on the mold, pour the batter into it and smooth it out.
5. Bake at 180 C for 40-45 minutes.
Cool, cut and enjoy!
