  • milk - 300 ml
  • flour - 150 g

  • oil - 3 tbsp.

The filling:

  • onion - 300 g
  • carrots - 300 g
Mayonnaise for the dish
  • mayonnaise or sour cream - 250 g
  • garlic - 3 cloves.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the liver, eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper and oil in an immersion blender. Fry the pancakes.
