Anthill cake without cookies and condensed milk: recipe for a familiar and tasty dessert in a new way
Anthill cake is one of the simplest desserts that is made with cookies, oatmeal, granola, and corn sticks. Most often, condensed milk is added, but you can replace it with syrups or melted chocolate.
Cook Inna Levenets shared a recipe for a delicious Anthill cake with oatmeal and chocolate that turns out to be moderately sweet on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- granola or raw oatmeal - 155 g
- peanut flour - 110 g
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 120 ml
- agave syrup - 2 tbsp.
For the chocolate layer:
- dark chocolate - 140 g
- tahini - 120 g
- agave syrup - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix granola, flour, salt, oil and syrup, and divide the mass into two parts. Put one part in the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. For the chocolate layer, melt the chocolate in the microwave and add the tahini and syrup. Pour the mixture over the granola layer and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Put some of the granola on the chocolate layer and refrigerate again.
