Lazy pita bread khachapuri
Ingredients:
- Thin pita bread – 1 pc
- Cheese (soft homemade) – 300 g
- Hard cheese – 50 g
- Green onions – 10 g
- Fresh parsley – 10 g
- Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
- Egg – 1 pc
- Salt – to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mash the cottage cheese (soft cottage ) well, add grated hard cheese and chopped herbs – onion, parsley, mix well, salt and pepper to taste.
- Beat the egg with salt.
- Cut the pita bread into slices, put the filling, dip it well in the egg, and fry it in vegetable oil until it is cooked.
