Although meat cuts are delicious, they are becoming less and less relevant over the years. For example, instead of just cutting up jamon, you can make a delicious appetizer out of it. It looks like a restaurant dish, but it is made from ingredients that you can definitely find in the fridge.

Ingredients:
- jamon
- processed cheese - 200 g
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs
- garlic - 2 cloves
- sour cream/greek yogurt/mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- green onions - 2 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate eggs, cheese, and garlic.
2. Combine the ingredients. Add sour cream and salt.
3. Place cling film or foil on a hard surface.
4. Cut the jamon into slices and place on the foil.
5. Spread the filling evenly on the jamon and roll it up. Put in the refrigerator.
6. When serving, cut into portions.
