An elementary ryazhenka dessert without baking: it takes 5 minutes to cook
You can just drink it with a bite of biscuits or make it into a very simple dessert. It will take you only 5 minutes to make it. The mass freezes perfectly in the refrigerator, so you don't have to bake anything.
The idea of making a no-bake dessert in 5 minutes from ryazhenka was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking. Add cocoa for chocolate color and flavor.
Ingredients:
- ryazhenka - 450-500 ml.
- cocoa - 2 tbsp.
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- gelatin - 10 g
- water - 50 ml
- banana - 2 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Add water to the gelatin.
2. Stir and set aside until completely dissolved.
3. Add cocoa, sugar, and sliced banana to the ryazhenka.
4. Beat with a blender.
5. Pour the melted gelatin in a thin stream and beat with a blender until smooth.
6. Pour into molds.
7. Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
