An elementary puff pastry for a hearty lunch: what to make the filling from
If you have puff pastry, you'll have a hearty dinner. And you can cook it quickly enough. Bake a pie with spinach and cheese - it will be as nutritious as possible.
The idea of making a quick puff pastry pie with cheese and spinach for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna Koval (anna.koval___). Everyone can handle this dish.
Ingredients:
- puff-yeast dough (you can take just puff pastry) - 900 g
- cottage cheese - 180 g
- spinach
- hard cheese - 150-200 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- yolk - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Roll out half of the dough, place on a greased baking sheet.
2. It is better to make the sides immediately.
3. Top with cottage cheese, spinach, and hard cheese.
4. Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
5. Pour into the pie.
6. Roll out the rest of the dough, cover and press the ends.
7. Brush the top with egg yolk.
8. You can sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
9. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
