Tiramisu is an exquisite Italian dessert made of airy sponge cookies. It literally means "Lift me up". Its delicate texture and delicate coffee flavor have won the favor of people around the world. This dish is easy to prepare at home.

Vlada Rohovenko, a former teenager who became interested in cooking at home after the birth of her son, shared the idea of tiramisu on her Instagram page.

Savoyardi and cocoa for dessert

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • sugar - 250 g
  • thickener - 10 packs
  • cream 30% 
  • mascarpone cheese 500 g
  • Savoyardi biscuits - 2 packs
  • coffee - 3 sticks
  • coffee liqueur - 100 ml
  • ordinary cocoa.

Preparation of the cream:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks (you won't need the yolks).
  2. Add 150 grams of sugar and 5 packs of thickener to the whites.
  3. Whip a thick cream.
  4. Pour 600 milliliters of cream into a clean, deep bowl, add 100 grams of sugar and 5 packets of thickener.
  5. Combine the protein cream with whipped cream with a whisk.
  6. Add 500 g of mascarpone cheese and mix again with a whisk.

Savoyardi stick impregnation

Combine warm water, coffee, and coffee liqueur. Dip the sticks for 3-4 seconds.

Tiramisu can be made in absolutely any container, the main thing is to do everything in the specified sequence:

  1. Put the Savoyardi sticks in the dish.
  2. Put the cream.
  3. Savoyardi sticks again.
  4. And the cream.
  5. Sprinkle cocoa on top.

Leave in the refrigerator for a day.
