An apple muffin that always turns out fluffy: better than charlotte
This apple cupcake is a great help when you have a minimum of ingredients and time to cook. That's because the recipe does not require butter, milk, kefir, or sour cream. After all, the dough is based on eggs. The cake itself is very fluffy, moderately moist thanks to the apples, and very tender.
The recipe for the fluffy apple cake was published on one of the culinary blogs (reeixit) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- apples - 1 kg
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Nutella - 3 tbsp.
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- baking powder - 1 p.
- flour - 4 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes.
2. For the dough, beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and nutella.
3. Add the butter, flour, and baking powder to the mixture. Beat thoroughly again.
4. Put the apples in the bottom of the mold.
5. Pour in the batter.
6. Bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour.
