Culinary expert and super finalist of the Hell's Kitchen reality show Oleksandr Hromliuk shared his recipe for fish ceviche with a delicious avocado and papaya sauce exclusively with FoodOboz.

  • avocado – 1 pc.
What to cook with salmon
  • Edamame beans – 30 g

  • mango – 30 g
Mango for the dish
  • yogurt or sour cream – 1-2 tbsp.
  • lime – 1 pc.
Lime for the sauce
  • salt, pepper – to taste
  • salmon – 200 g
  • papaya – 20 g
Papaya for a dish
  • onion – 10 g
  • cilantro – 10 g
  • basil – 10 g
Fresh basil
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. 
  • lemon – 1/3 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the avocado, and put it in a blender.

Make a sauce out of avocados

2. Add the yogurt or sour cream, lime juice, salt and beat until smooth.

3. Put the avocado mousse on a plate, add the chopped salmon, seasoned with lemon or lime juice and salt.

Mango for the dish

4. Add the beans, chopped mango, papaya, as well as onion, cilantro, and basil.

4. Season the dish with olive oil.

5. Sprinkle the papaya seeds on top, add a slice of lemon and serve.
