Cabbage is one of the healthiest, tastiest, and most budget-friendly vegetables, especially young cabbage. It can be used to make many tasty and healthy dishes, such as borscht, and pancakes, as well as healthy salads and fritters.
Cook Yuliia (juli_co.ok ) shared a recipe for delicious cabbage waffles on Instagram that can replace any bread.
Ingredients:
- young cabbage – 1/2 pc
- eggs – 2 pcs
- flour – 2 tbsp
- parsley – a bunch
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- vegetable or olive oil – 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage finely.
2. Sift the flour.
3. Put the cabbage in a bowl, add the flour, eggs, chopped parsley, oil, baking powder, salt, and pepper, mix the dough well.
4. Preheat a waffle iron and put the batter in, fry until golden brown.
You can serve them with sour cream, and they also go well with any soup, salad, and meat.
