An alternative to bread: airy and soft yeast buns
An ideal alternative to bread is buns, pancakes, pizza, pita bread, as well as casseroles and pies with savory fillings. All of these dishes are very easy to prepare as all you need to do is make a good dough, which will determine the taste and flavor.

Ingredients:
- milk - 200 ml
- sugar - 110 g
- vanilla sugar - 20 g
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- egg - 1 pc.
- butter - 70 g
- flour - 450 g
- dry yeast - 5 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add the dry yeast, a little sugar and flour to the warm milk, mix and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
2. Add sugar, salt, eggs, and vanilla sugar and mix well.
3. Sift the flour well and add it in parts. Knead a soft, elastic dough, then add the chopped butter and knead for another 10 minutes.
4. Cover the bowl with a towel or cling film and leave it for 1 hour.
5. After that, divide the dough into 9 pieces, roll each one out and place it on a baking sheet. Cover it with foil and let it stand for another 20 minutes.
6. Then brush with a mixture of egg yolk and milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
