Almond and pear pie with an unusual cream in 30 minutes: prepared on shortcrust pastry

Ingredients:
For the dough:
- flour – 2 cups
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
- butter – 125 g
- egg yolks – 2 pcs.
- sour cream – 2 tbsp.
- sugar – 1/2 tbsp
- salt – a pinch
For the almond frangipane:
- butter – 50 g
- sugar – 50 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- almond flour – 70 g
For the filling:
- ripe pears – 3 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour with baking powder and butter, and grind into crumbs.
2. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar, sour cream, and salt, pour the mixture into the flour, mix, knead the doughб and form a ball. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Frangipane: mix the butter with sugar, beat with a mixer until smooth, then add the egg and beat again until smooth, then add the almond flour, mix well and the cream is ready.
4. Wash the pears, peel and cut them in half, remove the core and pits with a spoon, and cut them into slices.
5. Roll out the dough and put it into a mold, pre-grease it with oil or cover it with parchment. Be sure to form the sides.
6. Put the cream and pears on top. Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 30 minutes.
