Ingredients:
- eggs - 1 pc.
- oil - 125 ml.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- ordinary mustard - 1 tsp.
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- a few pickled cucumbers
- a clove of garlic
- a few sprigs of dill
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put the egg in a deep bowl.
2. Add 2 types of mustard and gradually pour in the oil and beat.
3. Add garlic, dill, salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice.
4. Beat well again.
5. Chop the cucumbers very finely, add to the sauce and mix.
