Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- flour - 120 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- milk - 150 ml
- vegetable oil - 1-3 tbsp.
- baking soda or baking powder - 1/4 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the zucchini, and peel the skin if it is hard.
- Grate on a fine grater, leave for 10 minutes, then drain the juice.
- Then add the egg, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.
- Heat a frying pan well, add oil, and fry the pancakes on both sides.
- Be sure to put them on a plate with a paper towel to let all the excess fat drain off.
The dish is best served hot, with sour cream, herbs, fresh vegetables, and delicious lightly salted salmon.
