Airy sour cream pancakes for breakfast: we share the recipe for the perfect dough
Pancakes are an ideal breakfast dish that takes only 10 minutes to prepare. The most important thing is to make a good dough, which is often made with kefir, milk, sour cream, and water, but you can also do it without these ingredients, replacing them with, for example, egg and sugar.
Food blogger Anastasia Solopiy shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, fluffy pancakes with berries that are airy and flavorful.
A secret from the cook: the main rule is that the dough must be thick, otherwise they won't rise high.
You can use thick yogurt instead of sour cream. If you use kefir and flour, you'll need more to get the consistency of thick sour cream.
Ingredients:
- flour - 100 g
- sour cream - 150 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 20 g
- baking soda - 3 g
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the sour cream with the egg, sugar and sour cream.
2. Sift the flour and baking soda, and mix with the egg mixture to make the dough as thick as sour cream.
3. Heat a frying pan well, pour in the oil, and spoon the dough.
4. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Serve pancakes with jam, sour cream, jam or condensed milk, or any berries, it will be very tasty and satisfying!
