Pancakes are one of the best breakfast options because they are hearty, tasty, and very easy to prepare. All you need to do is make a good dough and season them with jam or syrup.
MasterChef judge Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared on Instagram 2 recipes for airy pancakes that you can make in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
Option 1
- warm water – 125 g
- sugar – 15 g
- yeast – 3-4 g dry or 8 g fresh
- flour – 60 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a bowl, add sugar, yeast and flour, mix gently and let the mixture stand for 15 minutes, always in a warm place.
2. Heat a frying pan well, add vegetable oil, and fry the pancakes until cooked.
Option 2
Ingredients:
- flour – 190 g
- warm milk – 125 g
- egg yolk – 1 pc.
- sugar – 15 g
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the flour, milk, egg yolk, salt, sugar, mix and knead the dough smoothly so that it stretches.
2. Put it in a bowl and cover with a towel, put it in a warm place for 40-50 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan, pour in the oil and carefully place the dough with a large spoon, fry until cooked.
4. Put the pancakes on a paper towel to absorb all the excess fat.
