Airy croissants with filling in 20 minutes: how to make dessert

Croissants are the perfect addition to tea or coffee for breakfast. And if you don't have time to make homemade dough, you can use ready-made dough as the basis for this dessert. In any case, the croissants turn out to be extremely fluffy, airy, and porous.

Food blogger Inna Shumak (shumak_inna) shared a recipe for croissants with jam on her Instagram page, which are made from ready-made dough in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • frozen yeast dough – 1 p
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • raspberry jam
  • powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

1. Take the frozen dough out of the freezer 30 minutes before cooking.

2. Lightly roll out the dough, you can sprinkle it with flour.

3. Cut into triangles.

4. Spread the jam and wrap the croissants.

5. Brush with egg.

6. Bake at 160 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
