Airy apple pie: easier than a charlotte

Ingredients:
- eggs – 3 pcs
- sugar – 150 g
- vanilla sugar – 2 tsp
- sour cream 10-20% – 250 g
- flour – 250 g
- baking powder – 2 tsp
- apples – 300 g
Method of preparation:
1. In a deep bowl, beat the sugar and vanilla sugar until white.
2. Add sour cream, beat, add flour and baking powder, and beat again until smooth.
3. Put parchment on the bottom of the mold, and grease the walls with oil.
4. Cut the apples into slices.
5. Put it on the bottom, cover with half the dough, then apples and the remaining dough on top.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. check for doneness with a toothpick.
7. Let the cake cool, take it out of the mold, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, and enjoy the amazing taste.
