Pancakes are a wonderful and very successful breakfast dish because they are simple to prepare, but they are airy, tasty, and very satisfying. You can eat them with honey, any jam, condensed milk, berries, or fruits, and add them to the dough.

Ingredients:
- flour - 1 cup
- kefir - 250 ml
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- apples - 3 pcs.
- soda - 0.5 tsp
- salt - a pinch
- oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Add soda, and salt to kefir, and mix.
- Then add eggs, and sugar, and whisk well.
- Sift the flour 2 times, add to the egg mixture, and mix well.
- Wash the apples, you can peel them, but it's better to leave them on, cut them into cubes, add them to the dough, and mix.
- Heat a frying pan well, pour in vegetable oil, and spoon out the pancakes.
- Fry until golden brown, and put them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
The pancakes will turn out to be very airy, fluffy, and tasty, it is better to eat them immediately – hot, you can add jam, chocolate, or any syrup to your taste.
