Airy apple clouds: how to make an unusual dough

Apples are a versatile product that can be used to make a wide variety of desserts. For example, puffy clouds. The dough for the dish is made from ordinary protein. The texture is very fluffy and tender, and the technology is extremely simple and inexpensive.

The idea of making airy clouds with apples was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna Lazun (iren.lazun).

Ingredients:

  • apple - 0.5 pcs
  • eggs - 2 pcs (white)
  • corn starch - 1/2 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Peel apples (sweet varieties are best), cut into cubes

2. Beat the whites until stiff peaks and add the cornstarch in portions

3. Add the chopped apples and mix gently

4. Put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
