Ingredients:
- Fish - 500 g
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Sour cream - 3-4 tbsp.
- Hard cheese - 50 g
- Garlic
- Parsley and herbs
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation:
- Cut the onion into rings and place in a baking dish.
- Peel the fish, cut it, and put it on the onion.
- Chop the garlic and sprinkle over the fish. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lubricate with sour cream.
- Cut the tomatoes into rings and place on top.
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the fish before or after baking.
- Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
