You can preserve the beneficial properties and fully reveal the taste of fish by baking it. In addition, this method helps to save a lot of time.

Nutritionist Bohdana Tarasiuk shared a universal recipe that is suitable for any fish. Posted on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Fish - 500 g
  • Tomato - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream - 3-4 tbsp. 
  • Hard cheese - 50 g
  • Garlic
  • Parsley and herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the onion into rings and place in a baking dish.
  2. Peel the fish, cut it, and put it on the onion.
  3. Chop the garlic and sprinkle over the fish. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lubricate with sour cream.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into rings and place on top.
  6. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the fish before or after baking.
  7. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
