A simple recipe for puffy pancakes: you only need a blender and a few ingredients

Pancakes are a delicious and simple breakfast dish. But you need to know how to cook them properly. If you don't follow the recipe exactly, the pancakes will turn out dry and rubbery.

To prevent this from happening, you need to correctly calculate the amount of ingredients and not overcook them in the pan. This is the secret to making fluffy pancakes, which food blogger Tati Chudnova shared on Instagram.

Ingredients

  • egg - 1 pc
  • sugar - 3 tbsp
  • milk - 210 ml
  • flour - 180 gr
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • oil - 30 ml

Method of preparation

1. Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth.

2. Spoon the batter onto a dry hot frying pan (about 1-1.5 tbsp per pancake).

3. Fry on both sides until golden. You will also see tiny holes.

4. Stack the pancakes on top of each other and pour condensed milk on top. You can choose the topping according to your own tastes. It can be jam, maple syrup, melted chocolate, etc.
