Ingredients

  • Bread for bruschetta
  • Garlic - 6 heads
  • Fennel
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to cook

1. Cut off the top of the garlic. Cut the tomatoes in half and put everything in a baking sheet.

2. Add salt, pepper, fennel and drizzle with olive oil.

3. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

4. Squeeze the garlic into a deep container and add the chopped herbs.

5. Toast the bread in a frying pan and put the garlic on it.

6. Put the baked cherry tomatoes on top and garnish with basil leaves.
