- Bread for bruschetta
- Garlic - 6 heads
- Fennel
- Cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil

- Pepper
How to cook
1. Cut off the top of the garlic. Cut the tomatoes in half and put everything in a baking sheet.
2. Add salt, pepper, fennel and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
4. Squeeze the garlic into a deep container and add the chopped herbs.
5. Toast the bread in a frying pan and put the garlic on it.
