Scrambled eggs are the perfect option for a hearty and quick breakfast. It may seem like a simple scrambled egg, but this dish can be prepared using completely different methods. Accordingly, the consistency will also vary. It all depends on individual taste preferences.

Celebrity chef Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared three scramble recipes on his Instagram page: English, French, and American. The products are the same – the technology is completely different.

Omelette technology

Ingredients for scramble:

  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • water - 0.5 tbsp
  • butter - 20 g
  • salt

How to make English scramble:

1. Mix eggs with salt well with a whisk.

2. Lightly heat a saucepan or non-stick frying pan with a piece of butter.

3. Pour in the mixture and stir vigorously with a spatula.

4. Bring the eggs to a state of "porridge" and immediately put them on a plate. The consistency is chunky, but close to homemade sour cream or oatmeal.

Dense scramble

The method of cooking French scramble:

1. Mix eggs with salt with a whisk.

2. Cook in an iron bowl in a water bath, stirring with a silicone spatula.

3. After a while, add a piece of butter. Everything cooks very quickly, so be careful with the steam. The consistency is not thick enough and resembles millet porridge.

How to cook American scramble:

1. Beat eggs with salt.

2. Heat a frying pan with a piece of masa.

3. Pour the eggs into the pan and gently move the mixture from the edges to the center. You will get a beautiful wavy mixture, which should not be completely cooked. It is very tender and not undercooked.

All omelets and scrambles are slightly undercooked – otherwise, you will have a dry, tasteless, juicy dense mixture. You should choose only whole, undamaged eggs. Be sure to wash them before eating.

Toast with truffle scramble by Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi

Guacamole for toast

1. Drizzle a slice of bread with olive oil and grill.

2. Prepare the guacamole: mash the whole avocado with a fork, olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt.

3. Put it on the toast.

4. Top with truffle scramble, add truffle paste and sprinkle with any seeds.

5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
