A real Italian fondant in 15 minutes: the idea was shared by a food blogger
Fondant is an exquisite dessert of Italian cuisine. It is served in the best restaurants in the world by top pastry chefs. The chocolate inside should flow out when cut. If this does not happen, the fondant dish turns into a regular cupcake. But there is an idea that even a beginner can use to make this dessert perfectly.

Ingredients:
- dark chocolate – 100 g
- butter – 100 g
- sugar – 80 g
- eggs at room temperature – 2 pcs
- flour – 20 g
- orange peel or essence
- cocoa powder
- oil for greasing the mold
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
2. Stir in the sugar until it dissolves.
3. Add the eggs one by one.
4. Add flour and any favorite flavoring in portions.
5. Grease the molds with oil and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
6. Fill them with the prepared dough by 2/3.
7. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees with blowing or 200 without blowing for +/-12 minutes.
