A quick way to salt red fish: you can eat the next day
Salted red fish is a great base for canapés, salads, and various appetizers. But before cooking, it needs to be salted. And to do it quickly and deliciously, you should use the following technology. The product can be consumed the very next day.
A quick idea for salting red fish was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olga Holovina (olha.holovina).
Ingredients:
- red fish - 1 kg
- salt - 3 tablespoons without a slide
- sugar - 2 tablespoons without slide
- lemon juice - 1-2 tsp (adjust to taste)
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the fish well, and drain the water.
2. Add salt and sugar.
3. Mix well. This can be done by hand.
4. Add lemon juice and mix again.
5. Cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
