Method of preparation:
1. Separate the yolks of three eggs, add lemon juice, water, and salt, and mix everything.
2. In a water bath, stirring constantly, bring to a slight thickening and add the butter.
3. Melt the butter and boil until thick for about 1-2 minutes.
4. Toast the bread. Chop your favorite ingredients. Alternatively: cheese, pepperoni, tomato, and microgreens. Put everything on the toast.
