Ingredients
- Eggplant - 1 pc
- Cream cheese - 80 gr
- Tomatoes - 80 gr
- Olive oil for cooking
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Balsamic glaze (can be left out)
Method of preparation
1. Slice the eggplant lengthwise and grill until golden brown.
2. Put cream cheese and a slice of tomato on the edge of the eggplant.
3. Wrap the eggplant in a roll and put it in a deep container.
4. This is the end of the cooking process. But you can also season the appetizer with a delicious and flavorful oil. To do this, mix 70 ml of oil, 2 cloves of garlic and 2 leaves of fresh basil. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
5. Grease each roll with the mixture and serve.
