A low-calorie dessert without flour and baking that can be eaten overnight
Have you ever noticed that you crave something sweet at night? Of course, you can't go for a high-calorie cream cake, but there is another option. This flourless and bakery-free cottage cheese dessert is made for just such occasions: incredibly tender and mousse-like.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 500 g
- gelatin – 15 g
- milk – 300 ml
- sweetener – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Dissolve gelatin in milk and heat until completely dissolved. But do not boil.
2. Mix cottage cheese, milk, and sweetener in a blender.
3. Put into a mold and refrigerate. Let it thicken.
4. Decorate with chocolate icing if desired.

Recipe for two servings
Ingredients:
- oatmeal – 100 g
- large banana – 100 g
- cocoa powder – 2 tsp
- boiling water – 20 ml
- Greek yogurt – 250 g
- nuts to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Oatmeal fry with mashed banana for 2-3 minutes in a dry frying pan.
2. Brew cocoa with boiling water and add to the Greek yogurt, stir.
3. Put in layers in a glass, garnish with nuts on top.
4. For those who lack malt, you can add honey or some natural syrup between the layers.
