A healthy omelet in a bag in 5 minutes: Hector Jimenez-Bravo shares his recipe
In the morning, you always want to prepare a tasty and satisfying breakfast quickly, but it doesn't always work out that way. Experts recommend eating hearty foods for breakfast, such as eggs, cereals, cottage cheese with fruit, meat, and vegetables, and these foods will give you a boost of energy for several hours.
Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared on Instagram an unusual and very practical way to make a delicious omelet in a bag, which will take about 5-10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Egg - 3 pcs.
- Cherry - 100 g
- Milk - 50 g
- Canned dried apricots - 50 g
- Green onions - 30 g
- Spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and chop the cherry tomatoes and green onions.
2. Take a slider bag, break two eggs, add tomatoes, onions, corn, pour in milk and add spices.
3. Close the bag and mix gently.
4. Boil water in a saucepan and put the omelet bag in it, cook for about 5-10 minutes.
Serve the finished dish with herbs and any vegetables.
