Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Sweet pepper
- Smoked sausage
- Canned corn
- Green onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise
The way of preparation
1. Cut the sausage and pepper into cubes.
Chop all the ingredients.

2. Boil the carrots and potatoes until tender and dice them as well.

3. Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and add the canned corn.
4. Add chopped green onions and herbs as desired.
