Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for a delicious banana pie on his website, which is very quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- butter – 140 g
- sugar – 140 g
- flour – 140 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- bananas – 3 pcs
- baking powder – 7 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel the banana, and cut it into slices.
2. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment and dry in the oven for two hours until they look like chips.
3. Dough: mix the softened butter and sugar, then beat with a mixer, add the eggs, and beat well again.
4. Sift the flour, mix with the baking powder, and add everything to the liquid mixture, mix and knead the dough.
5. Cut two bananas into small cubes and add to the dough, mix well.
6. When the chips are ready, preheat the oven again, but this time to 180°C.
7. Cover a baking dish with parchment and grease with butter, pour the batter, and top with banana chips.
8. Bake the cake in the oven for 30 minutes.
