A coconut bar that will surpass Bounty: Liza Hlinska shared her idea
The famous Bounty chocolate bar can be easily made at home. You can take it with you for a snack and give it to your child at school. And most importantly, all the ingredients are natural, so you can be sure of the freshness and quality of the product.
The idea of making such sweets was shared by the famous Ukrainian confectioner Liza Hlinska on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- banana - 100 g
- coconut flakes - 100 g
- coconut oil - 40 g
- peanut butter - 70 g
- coconut milk or water - 20 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Blend the banana with peanut butter and hot coconut oil in a blender until pureed.
2. The mass should be smooth and homogeneous. If the fat flakes off, you can add 20 ml of coconut milk or water.
3. Blend again. The mass should have a consistency similar to an emulsion.
4. Combine it with coconut flakes and mix.
5. Form bars or round candies.
6. Put on a board with parchment, and leave in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Melt the chocolate and cover the bars with it.
