A 4-ingredient sauce that will make any fish delicious: sharing the recipe

Fish is a very tasty, valuable and necessary product for everyone. Experts recommend eating it at least 2 times a week. Any fish can be cooked very tasty, both baked, which is healthier, and also deliciously salted and pickled.

Chef Yana Gordynovska shared a recipe for an original sauce on Instagram that will make any fish delicious.

Ingredients:

For the gremolata sauce:

  • parsley
  • juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp.
  • garlic – 1 tooth.

The basis:

  • any fish – 2-3 pcs.
  • butter – 10 g
  • salt – to taste
  • lemon – a few slices

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the fish, and remove the fins and scales. Make cuts, salt, put lemon slices and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 210 C, and after 20 minutes be sure to add a piece of butter.

2. Sauce: squeeze the juice from the lemon, grate the zest, transfer to a blender, add parsley, olive oil, garlic and blend until smooth.

Serve fish with a delicious sauce!
