Ingredients:

How to cook fish deliciously

For the gremolata sauce:

  • parsley
Fresh parsley
  • juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp.
Raw garlic
  • garlic – 1 tooth.

The basis:

  • any fish – 2-3 pcs.
  • butter – 10 g
Lemon for the dish
  • salt – to taste
  • lemon – a few slices

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the fish, and remove the fins and scales. Make cuts, salt, put lemon slices and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 210 C, and after 20 minutes be sure to add a piece of butter.

2. Sauce: squeeze the juice from the lemon, grate the zest, transfer to a blender, add parsley, olive oil, garlic and blend until smooth.
