Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti - 80 g in dry form
  • Shrimps - 100 g
  • Avocado - 80 g
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Tomato - 30 g
  • Black pepper and salt
  • Arugula and sesame seeds - for decoration

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the spaghetti until al dente.

2. Blend avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, tomato, salt and pepper.

With lamb in the navy style

Pasta with lamb

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti - 80 g in dry form
  • Lamb - 100 g
  • Red onion - 1 pc.
  • Tomato - 1 pc.
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • Greek yogurt - 50 g
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Dill or cilantro
  • Pepper and salt

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the spaghetti until al dente.

2. Stew the lamb with chopped onion and chopped tomato.

3. Pour the lemon juice.

4. Blend the yogurt, olive oil, dill or cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender.

  • Cream cheese - 25 g

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the spaghetti until al dente.

2. Grate all types of cheese. Mix with oil and garlic.

With baked feta and tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti - 160 g in dry form
  • Feta - 150 g
  • Olive oil - 3 tsp.
  • Fresh basil
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Cherry tomatoes - 8 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the spaghetti until al dente.

2. Put feta, chopped garlic, cherry tomatoes in a baking dish. Drizzle with oil and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

3. When serving, season with salt and lemon juice.

  • Scallops - 100 g

1. Boil the spaghetti until al dente.

2. Fry the scallops with garlic and rosemary.

3. Pour in the cream. Simmer for a few minutes, then add the spaghetti.

  • Chicken - 100 g

  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Coriander and cumin
  • Hard cheese - 30 g
  • Cilantro or parsley - for serving

Method of preparation:

1. Boil spaghetti until al dente.

2. Stew the chicken with corn, coriander and cumin, chopped pepper, onion, tomatoes. Drizzle with lime juice.

3. Combine the sauce with spaghetti. When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs.

  • Spaghetti - 80 g in dry form
  • Tomato - 1 pc.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • Basil - 3 leaves
  • Hamon - 60 g
  • Parmesan cheese - 10 g
  • Salt and pepper
  • Basil and cherry tomatoes - for serving

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the spaghetti until al dente.

2. Blend tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper in a blender.

3. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce.

4. Add the jamon, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5. Garnish with basil and cherry tomatoes.
