1. Classic sauce

Mix 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 25 g of finely chopped gherkins, and 1 tablespoon of American mustard, mix well and your sauce is ready.

2. Special tarragon sauce

Mix 1/2 a small bunch of chopped fresh tarragon, 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar, 1 small finely chopped shallot, and 75 g of mayonnaise, mix well and it's ready to use.

3. Salsa verde sauce

This spicy Italian sauce is perfect for burgers. You need to finely chop parsley, mint, and green onions, and then mix everything in a bowl with 1 teaspoon of capers, 2-3 chopped anchovies, the juice of 1 lemon, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Heady red wine sauce

You need to evaporate 250 ml of beef broth by half. Then add 125 ml of red wine, as well as 2 teaspoons of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.

Cook this mixture over high heat for 10 minutes until it has evaporated by half. Just before serving, add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Mushroom

Add sliced porcini mushrooms to hot olive oil. Fry them well for 5 minutes until the mushrooms are browned, then add a chopped clove of garlic and 2 tablespoons of brandy.

Cook the sauce until the brandy has almost completely evaporated. Then pour 2 tablespoons of heavy cream and 1 teaspoon of whole grain mustard into the pan, bring to a boil, and cook for another 2 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper.

6. Mustard

Simply mix 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and 100 g of sour cream, heat a little in a frying pan until thickened, and season with pepper and salt to taste.

7. Cheese

Cheese sauce for a burger

Melt 25 g of butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of flour. Add 150 ml of milk, stir constantly to thicken the sauce, and add 50 g of blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
