Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared on her Instagram page 7 options for delicious breakfasts that will be not only healthy but also varied, although the main ingredient is still oatmeal.

Tips from Fus

The expert recommends making a delicious oatmeal pancake, just add various healthy fillings to it, such as fish, cheese, chicken, fruit, and berries.

Recipe for a classic oatmeal pancake

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • milk - 3 tbsp.
  • oatmeal - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - a pinch (if there is a salty filling)
  • honey - 1 tsp (for sweet filling)

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix the egg with salt, beat a little, add milk, and oatmeal, and mix well.
  2. Leave the dough for 5 minutes to allow the oatmeal to swell.
  3. Make any filling to your liking.
  4. Pour the dough into a non-stick frying pan and fry on 2 sides until cooked.
  5. Spread the filling and you can eat.

Sweet fillings:

1. Cottage cheese, cherries and coconut flakes

Mix the cottage cheese with coconut flakes, add fresh or frozen cherries, mix thoroughly, and spread on the oatmeal pancake.
