You need to start your morning the right way, which means always with a glass of water with lemon and a healthy, hearty meal, such as oatmeal, which will give you energy for several hours. But we often cook not very healthy food in a hurry, and our body suffers from this.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared on her Instagram page 7 options for delicious breakfasts that will be not only healthy but also varied, although the main ingredient is still oatmeal.
The expert recommends making a delicious oatmeal pancake, just add various healthy fillings to it, such as fish, cheese, chicken, fruit, and berries.
Recipe for a classic oatmeal pancake
Ingredients:
- eggs - 1 pc.
- milk - 3 tbsp.
- oatmeal - 3 tbsp.
- salt - a pinch (if there is a salty filling)
- honey - 1 tsp (for sweet filling)
Method of preparation:
- Mix the egg with salt, beat a little, add milk, and oatmeal, and mix well.
- Leave the dough for 5 minutes to allow the oatmeal to swell.
- Make any filling to your liking.
- Pour the dough into a non-stick frying pan and fry on 2 sides until cooked.
- Spread the filling and you can eat.
Sweet fillings:
1. Cottage cheese, cherries and coconut flakes
Mix the cottage cheese with coconut flakes, add fresh or frozen cherries, mix thoroughly, and spread on the oatmeal pancake.
2. Cottage cheese with berries
Put the cottage cheese and any berries in a blender, grind until smooth, and put the finished filling on the pancake.
3. Cottage cheese, apple and honey
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, dice the apple, add honey and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly and put it on the oatmeal pancake.
