2. Coffee

This is the worst option for starting the day, drinking coffee on an empty stomach is very harmful, as caffeine promotes increased production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. This, in turn, slows down the digestive system. Start every day with a glass of clean water with lemon.

3. Freshly squeezed orange juice

Scientists have proven that people who start their day with a glass of orange juice have a significantly increased risk of diabetes due to the sugar it contains. It is worth noting that it is instantly absorbed into the bloodstream and raises glucose levels. Insulin is immediately released, and this has a bad effect on the functioning of the pancreas.

4. Yogurt

If the yogurt is not natural, it is not healthy. Store-bought yogurts contain a lot of sugar, so you should avoid them, especially for breakfast.

5. Cheesecakes and casseroles

These dishes do not pose any danger inherently, but if you eat them for lunch. And you shouldn't eat such food for breakfast, because it is very heavy, and it contains a lot of butter, sugar, and additives in the form of sweet sauces or jam.
