5-minute breakfast: recipe for poached eggs with an unusual yogurt sauce
Eggs are an excellent, healthy and very valuable product that experts recommend eating for everyone unless you have allergies. Eggs can be used to make delicious breakfast dishes, and they are also one of the most popular ingredients for baking.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for delicious poached eggs with yogurt sauce, which will be a great breakfast option, on his website.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs
- water - 0.5 liters
For the sauce:
- garlic - 2 cloves
- natural yogurt - 100 g
- butter - 100 g
- pepper cayenne - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 6 sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Boil water in a saucepan.
2. Make a well in the water, break the egg and very carefully put it into the boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes to set the white.
3. For the sauce, mix yogurt with pepper, melted butter, and a chopped clove of garlic thoroughly.
4. Put the eggs on a plate, pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
It is worth noting that poached eggs can be eaten with greens, vegetables, fish or meat, as well as cereals and avocados.
