Soup with red fish, mussels, and cheese

Ingredients:

  • potatoes – 3 pcs
  • fish – 200-300 g
  • processed cheese – 3-4 pcs
  • salt, pepper – to taste
  • greens - dill, parsley, onion – 10 g each

Method of preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, and boil in salted water.
  2. Chop the processed cheese and add to the potatoes.
  3. Cut the fish into small pieces and add to the potatoes. Cook until tender, season with spices and herbs.

Instead of fish, you can safely add mussels and squid.

Chicken fillet with pineapple, broccoli and cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 2 pcs
  • canned pineapple – 3 pcs
  • broccoli – 400 g
  • cauliflower – 300 g
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, fry a little in olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Add broccoli, cauliflower, and chopped pineapple to the meat, mix well, and leave for 10 minutes.

Pork in pomegranate sauce

Ingredients:

  • pork – 300 g
  • onion – 1 pc
  • pomegranate juice – 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt, pepper, paprika – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Finely chop the pork, fry over low heat, and add the onion.
  2. Add pomegranate juice and a little water to the meat, and stew the meat until it becomes soft.
  3. Add lemon juice and spices, mix well, and leave for another 10 minutes under the lid.

Before serving, sprinkle the meat with pomegranate seeds and onions.

Apple crumble

Ingredients:

  • apples of different varieties – 4-5 pcs
  • sugar – 70-80 g
  • butter – 80 g
  • flour – 70 g
  • cinnamon – 10 g
  • salt – a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Peel the apples, grate or chop them, mix them with cinnamon, and put them in the bottom of the mold, which must first be greased with chilled butter.
  2. Rub the butter well with the flour and sugar, and put the crumbs on the apples.
  3. Put the crumble in the oven and bake at 200 °C until tender.

The dessert is best served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
